WHCC MATCH DAY DETAILS
We would like to welcome you and your team to Woking & Horsell CC. Below is some
important information about the venue.
The match is taking place at Eastwood Leisure Centre, Sheerwater which is immediately
adjacent to Bishop David Brown Secondary School.
Surface: The facility has both astro and grass wickets. All U8 and U9 games will take place on
the astro wicket. The surface for games in other age groups will be confirmed in advance by
your contact at the Club.
Please note that no spikes are permitted for any game on the astro wicket.

Parking: There is a large car park at the front of the Leisure Centre.
Entrance: There is a gate in the top left corner of the car park as you look at it from the entrance.
Walk through this, past the bins and then through another gate and you will see the pitch.
Alternatively you can access through the leisure centre itself but it is a longer way around.
Dogs: No dogs are permitted on site, apologies.
Smoking: The whole site including outdoor areas is non-smoking.
Rubbish: Please take all your rubbish home with you.
Facilities: The leisure centre contains a full range of toilet and changing facilities, and a café.
There are local shops in Sheerwater and very large Asda within a few minutes.

Please bring your own chair to sit on to watch the match and there is very little shade or cover
around the pitch.
